Upon entering the space, the visual dramaturgy of the 360-degree projection compels us to try and follow the transformations taking place in every square inch at once. This is physically impossible, so our perception inevitably becomes fragmented. We are invited to move beyond the traditional role of the spectator and contemplate the flow of forms in an extended field of vision. Not only do these forms envelop the space around us, but their movement also imperceptibly and inevitably affects our sense of balance, triggering a state in which the boundaries between physical and mental navigation become blurred.

The alternative realities emerging from the encounter of digital technology and artistic vision can make us aware of the limits of subjective space perception and the relativity of perception as such. Moreover, immersive artworks may be capable of opening up dimensions that could previously be experienced only in dreams or subjective psychedelic visions.

The visuality of Saeculum unfolds from pulsating points of light – the organic expansion and contraction of geometric shapes imitates cosmic breathing. Zooming back and forth between micro and macro scale opens tunnels at different points in the space, evoking the sensation of travelling between molecules or galaxies. Gradually, spatial forms become fluid, and corridors formed by spheres seem to pulsate, expand, and contract around the visitor.
